Brief history

• Net Entertainment was founded in 1996 by Pontus Lindwall, the Cherry Group and the Kinnevik Group. Mr Lindwall still remains CEO of the company.
• In 2000 the first Java casino games were released.
• In 2000 Net Entertainment took a lead in the development of mobile games by introducing WAP games for handheld devices in co-operation with Nokia.
• In 2002 the successful Casino Module product was released.
